A gem in the heart of the castle district
helpful staff breakfast options central location
The staff was SO helpful and always available. I found the included breakfast to be a real highlight with its many options. I especially enjoyed the location being close to many attractions.
I found the street noise a little noticeable at times, but it did not bother me too much.

The room had elegant white bed linen. The bed was HIGHLY comfortable. I found the tasteful interior design to be quite soothing.

The hotel had beautiful interiors. the location was great. It was on the quiet side of the castle hill. the staff was super kind. Every person working there was amazing. breakfast was a star of the show. They even provided gluten-free bread for me.

delicious breakfast was served daily. great cappuccinos and lattes were available. there was a lovely dinner with a great wine and drinks selection. it was all fresh and homemade.

the bathroom was the best bathroom ever. a nice big shower was included. controls were easy to manage. the water pressure was great. l'occitane bath products were available throughout

personnel were very knowledgeable. they were informative, answering any questions we had quickly. the staff were always available and courteous. they readily accommodated all our requests. the staff was friendly, fulfilling all our desires.

the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast offered many selections from a menu. the coffee was tasty i especially enjoyed the somon pate.
